3. User Responsibilities

• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features

• Current price: $39.99 USD per vehicle history report
• All payments are processed securely through Paddle
• Prices may change without notice
• All sales are final and non-refundable

5. No Refund Policy

This no-refund policy applies to all purchases because our service provides immediate digital delivery of vehicle history information. Please ensure you enter the correct VIN number before completing your purchase.

6. Report Delivery

Report delivery terms:

• Reports are delivered via email to the address provided during purchase
• Standard delivery time: 6-12 hours (most reports delivered within 1-2 hours)
• Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the report
• Ensure your email can receive attachments up to 10MB
• Contact support if you don't receive your report within 24 hours

While we strive for accuracy, please note:

• Not all incidents may be captured in our databases
• Some information may be delayed or incomplete
